Our apartments (studio, 1-bed, 2-bed) are arranged around flowered patios inspired by traditional Fassi riads: zellige tiles, sculpted cedar ceilings, with contemporary equipment (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, modern kitchen, accessible bathroom). Each resident keeps their privacy in their apartment and accesses shared services: restaurant, lounges, library, panoramic terraces overlooking the medina and the Saïss hills.

Our team available 24/7 looks after everyone’s safety and wellbeing. The concierge service facilitates daily errands (shopping, cleaning, laundry, medical appointments, transport). The restaurant offers refined Fassi cuisine — pigeon pastilla, tagines with prunes and almonds, honey pastries — adapted to each resident’s dietary recommendations.
Rich cultural and spiritual life
Fès, a museum-city, will delight curious seniors: visits to the Fès el-Bali medina, the Al Quaraouiyine University (the oldest still in operation in the world), the Chouara tanneries, the Bahia palace, the Moulay Idriss II mausoleum, the Dar Batha museum. Our internal entertainment includes Arabic calligraphy workshops, lectures on history and Sufi philosophy, literary readings, traditional Moroccan cooking classes, Arab-Andalusian music sessions and gentle gymnastics.
